Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
∎ Skills Required: Candidates must have experience in Stability section in QC

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to collaborate with all departments and team members.
∎ Responsible for Issue and control of all kinds of technical documents.
∎ Responsible for issuance and retrieval of BMR & BPR
∎ Responsible to assure the identity and quality of the gases
∎ Responsible to perform the "simple" identity and purity check
∎ Responsible for in process and finished goods sampling.
∎ Endorse and support the QC Manager by confirming that the system is indeed complying with the current standards and is satisfactory for use.
∎ Responsible to manage quality, risk, costs and time of contract execution
∎ Responsible to validate about maintaining quality of the gases as standard/limitation regarding quality decided by the drug regulatory authorities.
∎ Overseeing the assistant operator and filling man doing their work properly and resolving their problems and then informing to QC manager.
∎ Responsible for online process monitoring
∎ Responsible to define correct labeling, according to defined classification (type of gases, title concentration, expiry time of gas and cylinders, batch number and other relevant information).
∎ Responsible for initiate deviation and GMP incidence during process monitoring.
∎ Responsible for monitoring temperature during production.
∎ Responsible for follow up of all kinds of training and maintain documents.
∎ Responsible for understanding the engineering principles involved with gas flow, from its layout and control through to the use of isolation valves for different units and departments.
∎ Review of QC/IPQC, SOP's, COA, VMP, GMP, Analytical Specification, STP's, GTP's.
∎ Responsible for review of in-process document.
∎ Finished Product Sticker/Label/ and Batch release check list.
∎ Informing all the problems or fault of the machine to the plant Head.
