Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ The Job holder must be B.Sc. Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics)
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist Maintenance Manager by updating and maintaining procedure/system for preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance and ensuring implementation of that system.
∎ Assist Maintenance Manager to up-date procedure for procurement of local an imported spares including consumable at competitive cost.
∎ Implementing TPM for continuous reduction of machine down time.
∎ Ensuring calibration of monitoring & measuring devices as per schedule.
∎ Ensuring uninterrupted supply of utilities (water, gas, electricity) as per plan and compliance to statutory requirement.
∎ Developing core team and leading the work force as motivated.
∎ Developing subordinates for personal & professional competence.
∎ Ensuring continual improvement of process/system and development of self.
∎ To Conduct activities as per company policy, procedures and management decisions pertaining to different standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025 and so on as applicable.
