Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned B2B clients.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
∎ Understand clients' business goals and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and exceed client expectations.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, supply chain, Logistic to deliver integrated solutions and meet client needs.
∎ Prepare and present account performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth.
∎ Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for clients.
∎ Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to the overall company sales objectives.
∎ Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to effectively position our offerings and provide consultative advice to clients.
