Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting.
∎ Must have experience in VAT software enlisted from NBR & VAT online & must be mentioned in the CV.
∎ Those who are not experienced in VAT software (NBR) are discouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Software, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintained all VAT related register of all concern as per New VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rule 2016 & also has to keep these records in NBR approved VAT software and own MS-Excel.
∎ Maintain vat related register like, Mushuk 6.6, 6.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.2.
∎ Help about VAT, SD, CD etc. to SCM and other related team as per requirements.
∎ Prepare and submission of monthly VAT Return to tax authority;
∎ Corresponding with Custom office like, Circle, Division & Commissioner office.
∎ Advice Accounts payable team and vendors for correctness of VAT challan (Mushak 6.3 and other related documents) to comply with regulatory requirements.
∎ Prepare and issue VAT (Mushak 6.6, 6.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.2.1 etc.) to the appropriate vendors;
∎ Liaison with VAT authority on regular basis.
∎ VAT related all work (VDS of supplier bill, collection of vat challan with certificate-6.6).
∎ Manage vat provision and VAT compliance process.
∎ Checking VAT Challan Provided by the Vendor.
∎ Good knowledge regarding online vat return submission.
∎ Any other activities as & when asked by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Vast knowledge on VAT software (NBR) is a must.
∎ Accounting, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
∎ The incumbent should have Tax/ Vat/ Bond related training/workshop
∎ Good computer skill (Excel, Word and familiar with accounting software)
∎ Ability to work effectively under stressful situation.
