Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ At least a Master's degree in Project Planning & Management or any other relevant field from a recognized Institution.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support in monitoring the quality of service delivery and ensure appropriate steps are taken to enhance the quality of service delivery.
∎ Evaluate the qualitative and quantitative achievements as per work plan in accordance with the project and Bandhu ToC
∎ In collaboration with M&E unit and Program staff, develop and implement appropriate monitoring systems within programs including all youth centers/circle.
∎ Assist in reviewing outcome harvesting and documenting the project learning.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing appropriate monitoring systems for all programs (including different youth circle).
∎ Liaise with the Leader of youth circle at field level to ensure that all members of youth circle are understand their roles and responsibilities which could help them to implement and maintain the monitoring systems at grassroot level.
∎ Assist to the PMEL coordinator on DQA process and conduct DQA and produce standard report when require.
∎ Set the criteria and enhance capacity to program persons to achieve the meaningful inclusive youth participation (MIYP) at the district and national level.
∎ Conduct need based monitoring visits to any events/program and also the regular monitor the youth centers/circles activities.
∎ Develop the ToR and Assist the consultant to conduct any study/mapping/evaluation in the project period.
∎ Prepare the periodic report to project coordinator as implanting partner indicating the qualitative and quantitative activities as per work plan.
∎ Design and conduct a range of impact/result assessments in line with the stated outputs and outcomes of project need and donors' requirements.
∎ Maintain the project MIS/ Dashboard databased and update regularly.
∎ Collect the success story/ case study and documented as per requirement of the project.
∎ All project reports, research/study/assessment reports, different meeting notes documented and maintain in well manner as part of knowledge management.
∎ Well understanding regarding the Do No Harm, MIYP, CSE, intersectionality including GTA, Digital Content, Safety and Youth SRHR monitoring mechanism.
∎ Assist the PMEL coordinator to produce the periodic project / organization reports.
∎ Identify and conduct training for improving M&E skills of field staff regularly.
∎ Produce the need-based data collection tools and collect data regular basis including compilation.
∎ More in-depth knowledge to articulated on qualitative indicators and data collection.
∎ Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Good knowledge in the utilization of Microsoft office programs
∎ At least 3 years post qualification experience in the same field.
