Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure strict compliance with Credit Sales Policy and Sales Administration.
∎ Monthly monitoring of Invoice, Collection, Receivable, Cash Flow and reporting on daily basis.
∎ Act as an One Stop Credit Controller and Sales Administrator.
∎ Ensure end- to- end proper validation of new dealer appointment, tagging in system, profiling of dealers/distributors, Credit assessment with proper full compliance.
∎ Doing Battery allocation to sales team when required.
∎ Strongly Monitor Battery Distribution from Factory end.
∎ Proactive , efficient and effective coordination with Factory Planning, W&L, Trade Marketing, BPA to ensure proper & smooth operation.
∎ Coordinate with SCM and Manufacturing for on time delivery of goods.
∎ Responsible for Stock Management to ensure availability and achieve expected volume and revenue plan.
∎ Provide business analysis and reporting related to sales, delivery, competition, product, price, warranty return and inventory for strategic and operational decision making.
∎ Design, implement, monitor and disburse annual trade reward program in line with annual business objective.
∎ Evaluate and ensure monthly trade promotions are executing and benefits are disbursed on time.
∎ Ensure key trade communications are developed and sent to the trade partners.
∎ Drive an effective demand planning process together with sales and marketing teams through extensive sales review and activity evaluation in order to achieve high accuracy of forecasting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Experience in sales operation of a commercial/manufacturing organization.
∎ He must have product Knowledge, Computer literacy and understanding of local market. He needs to have product and industry knowledge and experience with relevant software applications. He must have a planning, People & Management skill, good communication skill. He should be dynamic, organized, leadership, analytical, self motivated, amiable, innovative, pro-active, cost and quality conscious.
