Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Finance
∎ CA (CC) qualified/partly qualified candidates with experience with manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): VAT and Tax

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor monthly TDS/VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Submission of monthly VAT return to the concerned VAT authority.
∎ Provide TDS & VDS certificates against deduction from parties.
∎ Ensure proper preparation and submission of the VAT return.
∎ Ensure proper compliance with per Bangladesh VAT Act.
∎ Maintain statements in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external) and VAT authorities.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control, and maintain necessary records with respect to TDS, VDS, VAT & AIT.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of VAT Online.
∎ Cash & Treasury Voucher check, verify and post properly.
∎ Ensure all party payments (Accounts payable, Tax deduction at source TDS & VAT) and check confirm the balance.
∎ Prepare and ensure bank balance database, check & confirm bank vs system balance.
∎ Check salary, wage, OT, festival bonus, and incentives (if applicable), arrange check payment requisition, and ensure the effective distribution of the same.
∎ Preparation of Monthly Management Report.
∎ Preparation of periodic financial statements of the company.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge of Accounting and VAT, Familiarity with ERP, Tally accounting software, and Microsoft office.
