∎ Gazi Rubber Processing Plant invites application to fill up the following vacancies in their respective units:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining Cash Book, Bank Book, Subsidiary Ledger, Debtor's Ledger and Creditor Ledger.
∎ Ensure proper entry in ERP software includes sales, Purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation & Preparation of debtors & creditors statements.
∎ Check bill/ voucher/ requisition/ delivery challan or any others documents.
∎ Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash book and all types of payments & receipts voucher.
∎ Timely processing, recording and payment of vendor invoices, ensuing invoices recording and payment arrange for valid business transaction, duly approved and adequately supported by proper supporting documents.
∎ To ensure the compliance of VAT & Income Tax related matters.
∎ Prepare monthly return as per VAT Rules
∎ Receive store Raw materials from local suppliers and any other sources as per purchase approval document.
∎ Maintaining inventory records and documentations for inflow and outflow of materials.
∎ Ensure timely issuance of raw materials to production floor as per approved requisition of section in- charge and control store Inventory properly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Should have the ability to operate ERP software.
∎ should have experience in Manufacturing Company
∎ Ensure the good coordination within Head Office, Corporate Office & field offices in terms of finance and store issues.
∎ Should have the mentality to stay/accommodate at factory premises.
