Job Context:
∎ This is a full time job. Successful candidate have to visit and promote physiotherapy equipment to the doctors of physiotherapy, neurology and orthopedics department and owners of hospitals and diagnostic centers, convince the doctors about the company product, maintain professional relations with them, secure order from hospitals and diagnostic centers.
∎ Experienced candidates for SM/ SMSR will attend a short training for 1 day.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position operates as Sr. Medical Sales Representative to visit Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals and Diagnostic Center for promoting medical equipment.
∎ The first responsibility is to collect marketing data from business potential customers and according to data corresponding or communicating with the customers.
∎ The person is solely responsible for the periodical business plan for the company to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly revenue & target along with directed standard.
∎ The person need to pay regular market visits to ensure market & customer assessment, creating new customers, maintain relationship with our business potential regular customers, Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals and Diagnostic Centers.
∎ Must achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Have to travel frequently anywhere in Dhaka and even other divisional cities as needed.
∎ Give daily update and prepare monthly sales report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 Years marketing experience in the field such as Pharmaceuticals/ Medical Equipment
∎ Candidates having experience as MPO/Medical Representative or similar position in a reputed pharmaceutical company are especially encouraged to apply for the position
∎ Fresh graduates are not encouraged to apply for this position
∎ Well groomed, presentable
∎ Fluent in spoken and written English
∎ Good presentation skills
