Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (M.Com)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent should be able to deal with Corporate & individual tax and RJSC return
∎ Develop and implement Tax planning to avoid regulatory risk and time to time update & provide guidance to management of the company
∎ Examine and maintain financial records and documentation as required by Income Tax Law & Company Act
∎ Monitor all TDS/VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer within stipulated deadlines
∎ Provide TDS & VDS certificates against deduction
∎ Prepare & submit of relevant return under u/s 75A and 108 & 108A
∎ Identify and mitigate tax risks as well as review the Audited Financial Statements in the light of Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 with a view to reduce the disallowances
∎ Facing annual transfer pricing, VAT and Tax audit
∎ Maintain relevant general ledger in accounting system
∎ Ensure timely payment of the advanced taxes with necessary supporting documents
∎ Ensure proper record of AIT,CD,RD,SD,ATV at import stage
∎ Prepare legal documents such as Memorandum and Articles of Association, Trust deed and rules and regulations and lease agreement, etc.
∎ Submission of Schedule X, Schedule XII, and other necessary documents to RJSC under Company act.
∎ Maintain liaison with Govt. authorities, external auditor and consultant and provide explanation & documents against their queries
∎ Attend hearing with DCT, Appellate & Appellate Tribunal and ADR for finalization of assessment
∎ Train relevant teammate as and when required to meet regulatory requirement
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Tax Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
∎ Problem solving ability and Sound knowledge in Vat & Tax.
∎ Should have competency on software based accounting system.
∎ Proactive, honest, sincere, hardworking & Self Motivated.
