Job Responsibilities:
∎ Budget preparation.
∎ Estimation.
∎ Rate collection from vendors.
∎ Vendor’s selection as a member of the selection committee.
∎ Rate Analysis.
∎ Bill of Quantity (BOQ) preparation.
∎ Physically contractors bill checking.
∎ MB (Measurement Book) checking.
∎ Petty cash handling.
∎ Comparative Statement (CS) checking.
∎ Material requisition checking
∎ Finding out the job-wise cost after detailed estimates and verifying those with the cost of financial budget/billing.
∎ Finding out actual material consumptions and verifying those with theoretical consumptions.
∎ Collecting values of purchased materials and verifying those with the original estimated values.
∎ Preparing cost reduction plan in case of exceeding budgeted cost.
∎ Finding material wastages from field data.
∎ Checking and certifying project running and final bills of contractors and consultants.
∎ Co-ordinate with the customer service department for all sort of modification works to be done in projects and dispatch all modification requests to the project for keeping proper record.
∎ Any other duties/responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 47 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B. Sc (BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, DUET) with 10 years of experience
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from Public polytechnic institute with 15 years experience
∎ Ability to lead team members.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Adaptable and able to work independently and work under pressure.
∎ Energetic, creative, sincere and honest.

Salary: Negotiable
