Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and standards;
∎ Analyzing financial information to recommend and develop strategies for efficient use of resources;
∎ Analyzing and advising on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues;
∎ Preparing financial projections and periodic financial statements;
∎ Assisting the FD in analyzing market and industry trends;
∎ Dealing with all audit and tax related matters;
∎ Reviewing all financial transactions for their accuracy and compliance with the policies and procedures;
∎ Monitoring and supervising the preparation of various regulatory reports; and liaising with Bangladesh Bank, development partners and other Government agencies.
∎ Own forecasting, budget setting, reporting processes, and high-level financial planning and modeling.
∎ Oversee & reviewing the issuance of financial information like Financial Report (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly), Management Report & Provide various statements/reports as per the requirement of the management.
∎ Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, implementing change.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in operation of E.R.P (Tally) and other Accounting software.
∎ To lead a team and monitor them to get the best performance in an efficient way.
∎ Interact with Internal & External Auditors time to time.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the concern authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant with the Accounting issues related to Sales, Receivables, Payable, Tax & VAT.
∎ Working experience with SAP or other Accounting software is preferable.
∎ Accounts and Finance, Auditing, Budgetary Control, CA CC, Cash Flow Management.
