∎ Graduate/postgraduate from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ To prepare the shipping documents received from suppliers
∎ To prepare Import Permission & distribute to the C & F.
∎ To take care of all local permission needed for purchase/Transfer or any other movement of assets or any other office instruments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up with C & F agents for the on-time delivery
∎ Circulate import status and update to ware- house, finance, Customer services department
∎ Submitting local permission any local purchase, movement, construction or any other purpose as needed
∎ To open L/C from bank & follow up with suppliers regarding the shipment & documents
∎ Any Other related activities as and when needed..
∎ Maintaining IP in housing priority
∎ Optimizing LCL console by following up C&Fs
∎ Maintaining Import permit file and inputting in CKP Vision accordingly
∎ Following up Air shipments egfectively

Additional Requirements:
∎ Willingness to work in right way.
∎ Quick learner & Hardworking
∎ Excellent communication skills both in written and oral media.
∎ Experience in operating Office applications. MS word, MS PowerPoint , MS Excel
∎ Experience in operating with ERP.
∎ Sound knowledge in import
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Quick learning capabilities.
