Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Animation, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Creating Visualization, Creative content writing, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), Pre Press Design, Set Design, Special Effect (Computer Aided) Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, developing, and directing the marketing efforts brand and product. Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts for promotional materials including direct mailings, handouts, advertisements, brochures, gifts, calendar, all printing materials, signs, logos, and other visual layouts for print and digital.
∎ Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and keep well-informed of current trends in same field and should have up-to-date knowledge.
∎ Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the work.
∎ Participate in brand strategy discussions and in setting a bulls-eye customer target.
∎ Work collaboratively with marketing communications to execute packaging designs consistent with a determined communications hierarchy and a global style guide.
∎ Analyzes customer, category, competition, and channel/customer as part of a situation assessment.
∎ Produce various reports of the Corporate Promotions Department.
∎ Assist in managing and maintaining long term relationship with vendors/suppliers.
∎ Coordinate production activities with printers, service agencies, advertisers, and vendors and review quality of final product before release.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional experience and expert knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator,3D Max, Flash.
∎ Creative and Imaginative and understanding of Color and Form.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Self-Enthusiasm and able to work as part of a team.
∎ Ability to communication visually and convert concepts in to design.
∎ Conduct cost analysis and prepare budgets.
∎ Must be able to handle multiple projects.
∎ Should be hard working, honest, sincere, and most importantly, must be able to adapt to various situations and scenarios should they arise.
∎ Need to have aesthetic sense and be creative to produce idea and concepts.
∎ Strong conceptual skills, sophisticated design sensibilities.
∎ Ability to offer a variety of design solutions.
