Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a Graphics Designer & Video Editor to work in our digital marketing team.
∎ Proven experience as a Graphics Designer & Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
∎ Ability to develop and design innovative concepts and graphics for our products and brand.
∎ Experience in designing graphics specifically for social media platforms, including knowledge of platform-specific design requirements and trends.
∎ Design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Create engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience, including images, videos, and written copy.
∎ Understand brand briefs, unique product design, and create social media content for different social media Sites.
∎ Design digital media creation for social media posts, banners, blog images, ads, and infographics.
∎ Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations and e-banners. Developing concepts and designs for brand identity, logos, and promotions.
∎ Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and community management.
∎ Designing graphics for websites, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
∎ Edit and Create videos for brands & products using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, etc.
∎ Experience in video content creation. Video making and editing for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube and creating short videos, media cuts, and reels.
∎ Capture high-quality fashion photographs and videos that align with the brand's aesthetic and image.
∎ It is maintained and organizes the company's photo and video assets.
∎ Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Schedule posts in advance to ensure the content is consistent and timely.
∎ Create or curate relevant content that aligns with the organization's brand guidelines and target audience, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge Required: Digital Marketing Strategies, SEO and Digital Marketing.
∎ Office Shift: 9 am - 6 pm
∎ Weekend: Friday
∎ 03 months probation period
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills, Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Bangla typing is mandatory.
∎ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your data visualization work and social media graphics.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
