Job Context:
∎ Techno Green-Carbon Ltd is looking for a Sr. Full Stack Java Developer/Architect for the Software Department.
∎ As a Full Stack Java Developer/Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level web applications using Java and related technologies. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, quality assurance engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop software applications using Java and ReactJS technologies
∎ Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems
∎ Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that is maintainable and scalable
∎ Ensure software is secure and adheres to best practices
∎ Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
∎ Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new technologies, programming languages, and frameworks
∎ Design and implement complex, enterprise-level web applications using Java and related technologies
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, create technical specifications, and develop software solutions
∎ Develop and maintain software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
∎ Ensure that all software components are designed and implemented to meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
∎ Collaborate with project managers to create project plans, timelines, and estimates
∎ Lead technical discussions with development teams to identify opportunities for improvement
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry and make
∎ recommendations for continuous improvement
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-10 years of experience developing web applications using Java and ReactJS technologies
∎ Strong knowledge of Java and related technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, SQL databases, and JDBC
∎ Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, React, or Vue.js and JavaScript
∎ Strong proficiency in ReactJS and related technologies such as Redux and React Router
∎ Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle
∎ Experience with source code control systems such as Git
∎ Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Extensive experience with software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
∎ Experience with cloud-based architectures, microservices, and containerization technologies
∎ Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
∎ Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
∎ Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
∎ Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence technologies
Salary:
∎ Salary: BDT 70k- 160k (Negotiable based on experience)

∎ Work Time: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
