∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, HR
∎ Training/Trade Course: PGD,CA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chartered Accountant, Finance, Finance and bank cooperation, HR and Admin

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR Activities
∎ Mobile allowance, Conveyance allowances, Medical Allowances processing and execution.
∎ Bank account opening coordination (providing form, guiding new staff, obtaining and checking supporting documents).
∎ Employee exit processing; i.e.; financial clearance upon checking records
∎ Performing & Arranging interview session for candidates
∎ Onboarding newcomers to the company.
∎ Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
∎ Implementing performance review procedures
∎ Issue pay-slips, salary certificate issue, and TDS certificate to employees on request.
∎ Salary TDS Challan preparation, deposit and keep records.
∎ Salary Disbursement
∎ Finance
∎ Preparation and submission of monthly TDS statement and annual statement u/s 108.
∎ Process all Joycalls Bills as per SLA
∎ Assisting in internal & external Audit
∎ Vendor Management
∎ Timely reporting to HQ Finance team
∎ Monitoring all payments & receipt and expenditures,
∎ Keeping Record of daily expenditures
∎ preparing vouchers
∎ Maintaining Organizational Accounts
∎ Govt. Activities
∎ Handling Company BTRC Documentation process
∎ Handling Agreement review before signing
∎ Preparing VDS & TDS Documents for all costs
∎ Handling License making and renewal process
∎ Handling Tax and VAT returns submission

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Knowledge of telecommunication terms are plus
∎ Aware of modern technology and integration
∎ Eagerness to understand and learn new tech
∎ Experience in the following area(s) will be added advantage: Telco Operations and Billing , VAS , Digital marketing

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
