Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze new market trends in fabrics, colors and develop the theme, and prepare a mood board for the new collection.
∎ Candidates must have fashion knowledge on variety, (Western & Ethnic, Ladies & Men’s)
∎ Ability to anticipate changes in fashion trends for fashion forecasting.
∎ Develop and supervise a pattern from cut to sewn into sample garments, including fitting, detailing, and adaptations.
∎ Ensure coordination with sales, buying, and production teams to ensure items suit the customer, market, and price points.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within a short lead time.
∎ Support the merchandise and purchase team for sourcing, selecting, and buying fabrics, trims fastenings, and embellishments.
∎ Attitude to take the challenge of own design and development of products in line with the customers' requirements and sales quantity.
∎ Responsibility for Hand Drawing, Cad Drawing Illustrations, Graphic Designs for Product Presentations & Sketches, Tech pack, and measurement chart with grading.
∎ Should have a good sense of product quality, creativity, innovation, assembling, and washing.
∎ Knowledge of fabric consumption and costing is an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Knack on new fashion and styling.
∎ Good knowledge about graphics, fit, different cuts, patterns, and fabrics.
∎ Should have vast knowledge about color cut, print, and embroidery.
∎ Proactive and calculative
∎ Must have knowledge about new trends in fabrics, colors, shapes, and fashions.
∎ Should be able to conceptualize design, and create high-quality visuals in various formats including the effective use of color, form, and composition.
∎ Be up to date with the present design/trend, learning artistic concepts and tools.
