Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Accounting and Finance
∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting
∎ Bachelor's degree from a reputed University or College preferably Finance/ Accounting or relevant subject.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: If any
∎ Training/Trade Course: NA
∎ Skills Required: Effective email communication, Experience in Tally ERP 9 software, Standard Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly & yearly reports
∎ Keeping all Ledgers up to date.
∎ Preparing financial statement as and when required.
∎ Keep record of bill/invoices/challan for future reference.
∎ Follow up with customers regarding Payment, VAT & TAX.
∎ Maintain books and records for transaction through Tally ERP.
∎ Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of the expense
∎ Prepare Customer statement on daily, monthly and quarterly basis and reconcile with sales and collection.
∎ Reconcile all receivable ledger and communicate with relevant key personnel for any difference.
∎ Performing any other tasks assigned by the management in emergency should be performed and report to authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to Quickly respond by email.
∎ Adequate knowledge on standard accounting.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Candidates having experience in Tally/ERP will get preference
∎ Experience in handling ERP, Accounting Software and excellent in Microsoft Office, Excel.
∎ Sound knowledge on Tax & VAT etc.
