• Monthly receipts and payments statements.·      
• Daily inventory, stock monitoring (Store).  
• Daily manufacturing entry and reporting.
• All Management information System (MIS) accounts related     Maintenance, Documentation & Record keeping of daily accounts.
• Ensure proper recording of all transactions.    
• Maintain and preparing all kind of vouchers, cash book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts.      
• Prepare the balance sheet as per requirement of the company.·      
• Prepare the factory working capital as per requirements.     
• To plan, organize and carry out the internal audit and inspection including the preparation of an audit plan which fulfills the responsibility of the department, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs.
• To report to both the audit committee and management on the policies, programmes and activities of the department.    
• Must have knowledge in DreamApps (ERP) software entry.
