Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Data collection and analysis on production/maintenance/quality/material management.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations for decision making.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production planning and scheduling.
∎ Ensure raw materials planning.
∎ Prepare maintenance schedule, spare parts list & check lists for processes and machineries.
∎ Assist Factory In-charge in maximizing efficiency from machineries and people with proper planning.
∎ Calculate overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and analyze for improvement measures.
∎ Coordinate between factory team and warehouse/commercial/distribution/marketing/head office.
∎ Assist in conducting internal audit.
∎ ACI Motors Limited is looking for an engineering graduate with analytical and coordination skill for its Agri Machinery Factory located in Manikganj who will be responsible for production planning, maintenance scheduling and coordination between factory team and head office.
