Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring smooth & timely supply of all Machineries and Spare Parts for the smooth production and exports of the entire Division·
∎ Carry out/monitoring and coordinating the Supply Chain activities which includes Forecasting, Planning, Budgeting, Negotiations, Purchase / Out- sourcing of all applicable goods·
∎ Assessment of vendors’ prices, conducting market-survey and making comparative price & quality analysis of all merchandises and keeping relevant reports and records and undertaking cost control initiatives in every possible way to ensure cost minimization.
∎ Ensure company's policy & guideline for strategic & effective procurement process through day-to-day supervision.
∎ Work on efficient raw materials sourcing plan in accordance with yearly sales projection and ensure optimum inventory management.
∎ Determine key supply chain KPI and do train, develop & evaluate team members.
∎ Plan, implement and monitor the overall supply chain strategy.
∎ Play a major role in building/maintaining strategic & sustainable business relationship with suppliers. Also do the yearly supplier's evaluations.
