Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.
∎ Maintaining and organizing files and documents.
∎ Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
∎ Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
∎ Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.
∎ Managing office supplies and inventory.
∎ Coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
∎ Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Performing other duties as assigned by management.
∎ Your specific job responsibilities may vary based on the needs of your organization and the department you work in.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical & problem solving ability.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
∎ Good oral & written communication skills both in English & Bengali.
