Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining petty cash & preparation of cash vouchers;
∎ Preparation of cheque & bank payment vouchers;
∎ Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement;
∎ Preparation of monthly loan reconciliation statement;
∎ Preparation of loan repayment schedule;
∎ Calculation of interest on LTR/STL/OD before settlement;
∎ Maintaining of fixed asset register;
∎ Checking of bills, vouchers, and related support;
∎ Monthly salary sheet checking and processing of payment;
∎ Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements;
∎ Submission of monthly VAT returns and maintaining books of accounts;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management;
