Company Secretary/ Share Division
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Gas, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with matters relating to regulatory compliance of Register of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC), Securities & Exchange Commissions.
∎ Company formation, registration, submission to return of Register of Joint Stock Company as per company law.
∎ Liaison with the BSEC, DSE, CSE, RJSC, CDBL, Issue Manager, Auditors & Lawyers as and when required.
∎ To maintain IPO Related activities
∎ To prepare & Maintain Share documents
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Pro-active, smart, enthusiastic and career oriented
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both in written and speaking in English
∎ Familiar in MS-Office & E-Mail Management
∎ Disciplined, Energetic, Good Negotiator, Honest, Team Player, etc.
