∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

∎ Age 27 to 50 years
∎ Must be experience need in Garments Accessories Marketing department.
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Computer MS Office/ MS Word, Excel, Access.
∎ Previously worked on ERP Software
∎ Good knowledge in Accessories ( Gift box, Shoe Box, Paper Box, Corrugated Box, Toy Box, mobile Box, Hangtag, Printed label, Sticker, Other Printing Product).
∎ Strong understanding of the Garments, Buying house, Logistics Support marketing and its current trends.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ New customer creation & sustain.
∎ Maintain customer database
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company revenue targets and occupancy goals.
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, channel partners, and corporate buyers.
∎ Conduct market research to stay informed of competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and client proposals for management review.
∎ Organize and attend property expos, client meetings, and company visits.
∎ Ensure all customer interactions are professionally managed, from inquiry to post-sale support.
