Context:

The Corporate Sales Coordinator plays a key role in managing client relationships, securing purchase orders, and ensuring timely collections. The role requires close coordination with internal departments to support smooth billing, accurate record-keeping, and on-schedule deliveries. Additionally, the Coordinator prepares daily reports on sales, productivity, and payment collections to aid in effective decision-making and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:· 

  • Regularly visit key clients to Ensure timely receipt of Purchase Orders (POs), Monitor and expedite collections·        

  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.·        

  • Build and strengthen relationships to drive business growth.·        

  • Ensure accurate data representation and timely submission of these reports.·        

  • Ensure smooth processing of bills for submission to clients·

  • Resolve any discrepancies related to invoicing or orders.

  • Track and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely product dispatch to clients.·        

  • Maintain accurate records of business activities in both hard and soft copy formats.        

  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for future reference or audits.      

  • Organize records related to client interactions, orders, collections, and delivery schedules.        

  • Coordinate with various departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on corporate sales activities.        

  • Facilitate the flow of information between departments, ensuring clarity in communication, timely issue resolution, and smooth operations.

  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the AGM-Sales, including Productivity metrics, Secondary and primary sales, Delivery status, Collection of payments, and Stock reports.
