Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Commerce/MBS/MBA
∎ CMA - part qualified or CA (CC) or both will be given priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Garments division's (cutting to shipment) inter process loss calculation, checking and monthly reporting.
∎ Fabric & Trims booking verify as per approved consumption
∎ Wastage management follows up regularly and monthly reporting.
∎ Local purchases bill checking & verify.
∎ Service related all suppliers bill checking & verify.
∎ To check Bank Balances and Bank Reconciliation including loan A/C & F.C Accounts.
∎ Monitoring Inventory Management System and conduct physical verification of stock & stores in a regular basis (Yarn, Gray Fabrics, Finished Fabrics, Finished Products, and General Store etc.).
∎ To check and review the Procurement Process as like all purchase bills with Purchase Orders, Quantity, Model & Value, as a test basis market visit regarding purchase.
∎ Pre-audit of all procurement (Local and import) bills, daily payments for factory and other expenses.
∎ Any other duties assigned by immediate senior/ head of the department
∎ Prepared pre-cost and actual cost's comparative statement regular basis. (L/S order wise).
∎ Assesses compliance with financial regulations and controls by executing audit program steps; testing general ledger, account balances, balance sheets, income statements, and related financial statements; examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
∎ Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing and analyzing items and surety to documentation.
∎ Completes audit work papers and memoranda by documenting audit tests and findings.
∎ Communicates audit progress and findings by providing information in status meetings; highlighting unresolved issues; reviewing working papers; preparing final audit reports.
∎ Supports external auditors by coordinating information requirements.
∎ Provides financial control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Responsible for combining cost effective measure in corporate structure.
∎ Measuring cost and provides cost analysis in view point of company performance.
∎ Keep in touch of BSA and BAS for vouching and verifying.

∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ 3 to 4 year(s) as a Manager
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Audit, Accounts& Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ RMG, Group of Companies, Textile
∎ Clear concept about garments industry;
∎ Proven knowledge of accounting standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations;
∎ Keen knowledge on Commercial and daily banking;
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
