∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 10 years practical experience in any renowned woven washing plant
∎ Candidates who doesn’t have washing plant experience, need not to apply.
∎ Must have outstanding analytical skill
∎ Must have outstanding skill on MS office program
∎ Must be a good team player
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Complete Work plan for Electrical and Maintenance, Development work and supervise all electrical installation work, Electrical schedule maintenance work to keep proper records.
∎ Manage, monitor & supervise all electro-mechanical work and ensure efficient execution of overall electrical maintenance operations.
∎ Monitor preventive/predictive/reliable maintenance schedule of mechanical equipment in the plant.
∎ Prepare a schedule for any shut-down required for the preventive maintenance of Laundry wet process machines, Dryer, and Hydro extractor.
∎ Maintenance of Boiler, Compressor, and All types of Generators Set.
∎ Responsible for the safety of all mechanical devices for Industrial Machine
∎ Monitoring fuel system, steam system, compressed air system, closed cooling water system (LT&HT), and other areas of the plant to minimize consumption.
∎ Preparing schedule preventive as well as breakdown maintenance of the project.
∎ To identify problems of plant equipment and convey to maintenance team to solve the problem
∎ Comply with all procedures and standards of operation & maintenance as well as to follow ISO standard, Accord, Alliance for Environment, Quality Management, and Occupational Health & Safety.
∎ Monitor and record process parameters and take proactive maintenance plans accordingly.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly reports and submit to the management.
