∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Submit all types of VAT and Tax returns as per govt rules.
∎ Maintaining BTB LC statements from opening to settlement
∎ Prepare journal voucher for BTB LC opening and posting to ledger
∎ Calculation and recommending Deduction of source tax from suppliers and employees
∎ Calculation of VAT on wastage sales
∎ To deposit Tax and Vat as per deduction and submit to tax and vat authority as per govt rules.
∎ Checking salary sheets, disbursement of salary and keeping undisbursed salary.
∎ Checking and disbursement of bonus, overtime, maternity, supplementary salary & OT, holiday allowance, final settlement etc.
∎ Preparing voucher and posting to ledger of salary and all other employee benefits
∎ Prepare salary certificate of the employees and maintain salary sheet for tax purpose
∎ Prepare expenditure statement as per tax and vat deduction
∎ To make sure TIN for all executives and staffs
∎ To prepare statement of TDS deduction from Suppliers and BTL contribution for Final tax payment
∎ Provide all kinds of Tax related documents to external auditors
∎ Take Physical inventory and cooperating in closing accounts in quarterly/half yearly/yearly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7-8 years working experience in the Commercial Department of any reputed industry/Group of Company.
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
