Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To achieve the sales target as per Monthly Business Plan (MBP).
∎ Monitoring marketing activities and follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
∎ Ensure strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.
∎ Maintain daily activities report & Submitted team leader.
∎ Monitor & guide the training and development activities for sales and marketing team to achieve the sales target.
∎ Monitor for the effective use of CRM and activities of call center including the effective Leads generation.
∎ Monitor the KRA and KPI of sales & marketing team and review the performance for annual evaluation of sales and marketing team.
∎ Any other task assigned time to time from management.
∎ Job Context:
∎ Sr. Executive / A. Manager Sales is responsible for achieving of all Sales Targets through a standard sales process system and deliver the product knowledge through training. He should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth operation and effective collaboration.
