• Age 25 to 30 years

1. Distributor Financing Operations:

   • Coordinate daily operations of the Distributor Financing Program, including disbursement, repayment tracking, and documentation.

   • Ensure timely processing of financing applications and renewals in line with internal policies and bank agreements.

2. Stakeholder & Bank Coordination:

   • Liaise with banks, sales teams, and commercial functions to ensure seamless flow of information and resolution of issues.

   • Assist distributors in onboarding, documentation, and addressing queries related to financing terms or disbursement.

3. Monitoring & Risk Control:

   • Track credit exposure, outstanding balances, and repayment performance of distributors.

   • Escalate overdue or irregular accounts and recommend risk mitigation actions as required.

4. Reporting & Reconciliation:

   • Maintain up-to-date records of all distributor financing transactions and prepare reports for treasury management and audits.

   • Reconcile bank disbursements, repayments, and interest postings with internal ledgers and statements.

5. Compliance & Documentation:

   • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.

   • Maintain accurate, complete, and secure documentation for audit readiness.

6. Process Improvement & System Support:

   • Support digitization initiatives, automation of reporting, and integration with ERP or financing platforms.

   • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency in the DFP process.
