∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ CA/ CC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare financial statement independently on quarterly basis.
∎ Monitor and review of accounting transaction, record and documentation.
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all financial information.
∎ Monthly physical audit of stocks and reconciliation.
∎ Confirmation/ reconciliation of monthly party A/C.
∎ Monitoring Accounts Receivable & Payable.
∎ Submitting order closing of all garments orders within one week of shipment as per prescribed format.
∎ Handling and timely reporting of all cash and bank related transaction.
∎ Properly maintaining all costing and pricing related documents in proper filing system.
∎ Local purchase committee member and Ensure purchase policy is followed. Any deviation should be noted & reported.
∎ Check salary sheet, increment sheet, confirmation sheet etc.
∎ Performs other duties a s assigned by the Management.
∎ Key Delivery :
∎ Quarterly A/C, Half Yearly A/C & Yearly A/C
∎ Party Ledger
∎ Order Closing Reports
∎ Inventory Control
∎ Monthly Inventory

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Operate on Accountancy Software Tally ERP 9.
∎ Candidate should have very good knowledge of computer use on MS excel,
