∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Developer, Engineering Firms

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a knowledgeable Sr Executive ( Accounts) who can work alone with motivation and accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Must have a good knowledge to operate accounts in all respect for a Construction firm & Building Development company with fulfillment of regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Company Accounts proper way in all respect.
∎ Manage and maintain the book of accounts as required by income tax (Personal /Company) , vat rules, company act and other relevant acts for Building Developer & Construction Company.
∎ Follow up reviewing of monthly draft accounts and ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
∎ Maintaining proper coordination with the internal and external auditors and satisfy, audit queries to ensure that unqualified reports are issued.
∎ Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.
∎ Preparation & cross checking of contractors & suppliers bill, work order, Payments.
∎ Receiving payments from Clients, Customers & Preparation of monthly Received, cash, and Expenditure budget.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management time to time.
