Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and engage potential customers, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
∎ Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, EPC companies, and end-users.
∎ Provide technical product demonstrations and consultations.
∎ Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
∎ Recommend pricing strategies and promotional offers.
∎ Act as expert in hybrid solar inverters, battery storage solutions, and solar power systems.
∎ Coordinate with the technical team for product installations, after-sales support, and troubleshooting.
∎ Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, programs and keep update on industry regulations, certifications, and advancements.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
∎ ACI Motors is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales & Engineering professional for Hybrid Solar Inverter business who will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence. Major Responsibilities are -
