Responsibilities & Context: Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement result-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Performance Marketing
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.
- Optimize CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Monitor and adjust campaigns daily based on performance data.
SEO & Content Marketing
- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic ranking and website traffic.
- Plan and supervise content creation for blogs, social media, and ad copies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media marketing plans to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage posting schedules, audience interactions, and community building.
- Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content performance.
Email & CRM Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and customer retention programmes.
- Segment audiences and track open, click, and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Data Studio.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven analysis.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with the creative, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts.
- Guide and mentor junior digital marketers or interns.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and influencers when necessary.
Branding & Communication
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online platforms.
- Manage online reputation and respond to customer queries or feedback.
Innovation & Optimization
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Experiment with new channels, formats, and growth strategies.
