• Bangladesh University of Business and Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,Jahangirnagar University students will get preference

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Buying House

• Age At least 30 years

• Should have enough knowledge & experience to cater customers in Europe as well as other international market.
• He/ she must have design experience on Woven products (Especially for Zara) will be added an advantage.
• Researching future fashion trends and stay focused on contemporary fashions.
• Prepare Mood board and PPT presentation to existing and new buyers based on extensive research, themes and trends.
• Capable of making design according to the buyer recommendation. Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes.
• Global Trend Analysis, based on Theme and Region, propose and develop trendy new designs.
• Creating sketches and samples with patterns.
• Creating/visualizing an idea and producing a design by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD) like Adobe illustrator and Photoshop.
• Create 3D virtual samples.
• Choosing materials & working with design team members.
• Sourcing, selecting and buying fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments.
• Creative knowledge on Decoration, Presentation, Fashion show, Gmts design.
• Work closely with Merchandisers/Marketing Team and Factory to prepare the product as per design and other technical aspects within specified deadlines.
• Independently prepare tech packs, take photos for newly developed styles and assist in product archive preparation.
• Candidate must have good knowledge about fabrication and its character for styling and technical knowledge of production feasibility while creating any design.
• Ensure the timely and successful design and development of products in line with the customers' requirement.
• Familiar to work with customer/ market trends as well as own creation to adapt EU/ USA new trends.
• Should have sound knowledge to well set-up a design team & design studio.
• Also follow the task assign from management time to time.
