• Bachelor/Honors
• Bangladesh University of Textiles,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,Southeast University,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Buying House

• Age At least 25 years

• Research and analysis the new fashion trends and develop the new style by applying own idea.
• Being a lead designer act as researcher, strategist and a facilitator.
• Prepared detail trend analysis and forecast new styles.
• Develop theme, collect inspiration and prepare mood board for new collection.
• Ensure fore-planning of seasons/festivals and create design accordingly that suits Source fabrics, accessories, and different embellishment for new development.
• Proficient in sketching and skillful in Photoshop and illustrator.
• Assist development team to create new pattern & overseeing the production.
• Maintain close commination with buyer and other stockholder Prepare spec sheet in detail during design submission.
• Lead the whole design team and ensure accountability of each team member
