• Develop assigned styles/collections in cooperation with internal teams and buyer.
• Manage and execute time and action plans, ensuring timely delivery of samples with proper execution, quality, and fit.
• Coordinate and monitor all activities related to the development of fabrics, trimmings, and accessory suppliers.
• Research fashion trends, competitor designs, and consumer preferences.
