∎ B. Sc in Leather Engineering/ Leather Product Engineering/ Footwear Engineering/ Bachelor of Fine Arts.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing leather & synthetic shoes by Shoe master Software & hand sketching, making knife pattern and lead sample making team.
∎ Co-ordinate with PD team and ensure sample quality according to customer requirement
∎ Communicate with buyer for new product development with technical specification and validate within timeline as per customer requirement
∎ Provide all sample materials consumption and specification for order sample materials
∎ Check upcoming sample materials quality and quantity
∎ Validate all activities related to product specification, SOPs, and testing to ensure that the product meets the buyers required standard
∎ Supporting purchase/procurement team to source proper material for sample making.
∎ Work closely with sample production team and follow-up in each stage of cutting, sewing and lasting to ensure the right quality and right product specification
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor to support marketing & merchandising team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) Minimum in any export oriented shoe manufacturing project.
∎ Education qualification will be waived for very good candidates with proper experience.
