Skills Required: 3D modeling and rendering,3d Visualization,Architecture,CAD Designing,Interior and exterior Design,Landscape Design,site supervision
Additional Requirements:
2–5 years of hands-on experience in architectural visualization, 3D rendering, or graphic presentation design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic renderings, concept visualizations, and animation/walkthrough projects.
Proficiency in 3D MAX modeling, rendering software, and graphic design tools as outlined above.
Excellent sense of design aesthetics, composition, lighting, and storytelling through visuals.

Job Responsibilities:
Creating designs and working drawing by computer-aided design 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render and Photoshop).
Interior & Exterior, Landscape or Roof Top Design Must.
Proficiency in software such as 3DS Max, V-Ray/Corona, D5, and Lumion.
Measurement collection by sub-ordinate from site for exclusive client and brief to contractor or carpenter on working drawing and site supervision.
Create high quality 3D renders and visualizations for interior design projects
Maintain project deadlines and deliver renderings on time.
Create sketches for ideation, design improvement, and visual narrative
Good Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
The designer must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Hospital Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, Stall Design and Stage Design with full working drawing.
Client meeting & presentation.
Any design related duties can assign by the office.
