Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in special education, Bachelor's in Psychology or a Diploma in Special Needs Education.early childhood education or specialty areas such as speech and occupational therapy.
∎ Teachers with training in courses or documented experience with special needs students have an added advantage
∎ Skills Required: Psychology, teaching

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Curriculum/ Program Development, Education, Psychology, teaching, Training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Role: A Special Needs Teacher is engaged to work with a specific child who needs extra support, or requires an advanced programme of learning in order to reach his/her full educational potential.
∎ Special Needs Teacher are primarily responsible for specific student for whom they are engaged, however, if there is group work, they may help other students as well but with the focus on the specific student.
∎ Special Needs Teacher communicate with the parents daily/weekly depending on the need. Communication with parents.
∎ should be brief and positive followed by areas of development to be worked on.
∎ Special Needs Teacher will work on the Individual Educational Plan (IEP) targets along with class teachers.
∎ Special Needs Teacher will be involved in all parent teacher meetings regarding the student's needs.

∎ Age 22 to 39 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication and Interpersonal Skills
∎ An excellent communicator who is able to motivate, encourage and instill confidence.
∎ Teamwork, Cooperation and Flexibility
∎ Creates team spirit, develops good working relations with others (Special Needs teacher, teachers and school management team).

∎ Passion for teaching.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Willingness to take on added responsibilities.
