Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our product line.
∎ ACI Motors is looking for candidates who have academic backgrounds in Mechanical Engineering/ EEE and willing to develop a career in spare parts marketing & distribution.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth and profitable operation of spare parts.
∎ Design and develop strategy for spare parts inventory maintenance and parts distribution.
∎ Monitor parts inventory operations and daily parts activities to ensure a high-quality standard of spare parts operation.
∎ Efficiently manage both people and processes involved in spare parts operations.
∎ Manage and follow up with customers and stockists.
∎ Generate market information properly and expand spare parts sales network.
∎ Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns for spare parts.
∎ Achieve monthly spare parts sales and distribution targets.
∎ Work closely with after-sales service and distribution team to ensure proper spare parts supply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Communication and Social Skills.
∎ Good command over MS Office software.
∎ Flexibility to travel outside Dhaka for office tours.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Other benefits will be provided as per company policy.
