  • 1+ years of experience managing social media for brands or organizations (education brand is a plus)

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager (setting up and monitoring Facebook/Instagram ads)

  • Familiarity with Facebook Pixel setup, event tracking, and analytics

  • Understanding of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies

  • Strong communication in Bangla and English

  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills: ○ Photoshop (image editing, post creation)

  • Illustrator (vector graphics, icons, logos)

  • After Effects (video animation, motion graphics for reels/ads)

  • Premiere Pro (video editing for social content, ads, testimonials)

  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced team



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team. You will manage our social media channels, engage our audience, support creative campaigns, and play an active role in digital advertising and tracking for our study abroad/education brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, post, and manage daily content across Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels

  • Collaborate with video creators and designers to ensure consistent, engaging content output

  • Respond promptly to DMs, comments, and queries to nurture the community and drive engagement . Strong proficiency in content creation is required.

  • Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid social media ads (Facebook/Instagram)

  • Support the setup and management of Facebook Pixel and other tracking tools for conversion analytics

  • Monitor and analyze ad performance, generate weekly reports, and suggest improvements

  • Help build and manage retargeting audiences for ongoing ad campaigns

  • Track and report on social media KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, leads, conversions)

  • Stay updated on latest platform ad formats, video/reel trends, and best practices

  • Support the team in brainstorming ideas for reels, stories, UGC, and creative ad content

  • Ensure brand consistency in voice, style, and visual identity across all platforms

  • Coordinate with SEO/content team for campaign alignment and tracking
