∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for social media platforms, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to develop a content strategy and design concepts that align with our brand guidelines.
∎ Research and stay up-to-date with social media trends, design trends, and industry best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.
∎ Design eye-catching social media advertisements, banners, headers, and other promotional materials that drive user engagement and increase brand visibility.
∎ Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms, ensuring that our brand image is accurately portrayed.
∎ Optimize designs for various social media platforms and formats, considering factors such as image size, aspect ratio, and file formats.
∎ Collaborate with copywriters to create visual designs that complement and enhance written content.
∎ Conduct regular reviews of our social media channels to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative design solutions.
∎ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for social media content creation.
∎ Stay updated on emerging design tools and technologies, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Social Media Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
∎ Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, or other similar tools.
∎ Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
∎ Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and other design principles.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.
∎ A passion for social media and staying updated on the latest trends and best practices.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
