Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master's in Social Science and relevant subjects/ occupational health and safety/ Public health/ environmental safety and health

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct campaign on health and safety education for the workers
∎ Forming labour rights societies and provide then necessary training
∎ Collecting data on accidents and incidents at workplace
∎ Collecting, compilation and analysis Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) data for working sites
∎ Conducting inspection and monitoring of the workplace to ensure that the employer is complying with OHS legislation (BLA-2015)
∎ Conducting Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) audits
∎ Collecting data of number of labours arriving or coming to the workplace
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ 10 years of overall job experience
∎ 5 years of experience to work compliance or with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
∎ Should have a good understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law - 2015 and other social standard like BSCI or SEDEX
∎ Experience of conducting compliance audit and training for workers
∎ 5 years of working experience as welfare officer in factory
∎ Sound knowledge about international labour and social standards
