Skills Required: Content writing,Data Entry (Both English & Bengali),Good Computer Skills and Communication,MS Office

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 25 years
  • No prior experience required, but interest in skills development, training, or career coaching is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bengali and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Passionate about helping others develop their skills and succeed in their careers.

We specialize in career coaching, leadership development, skills enhancement, interview preparation, CV rewriting, and cover letter crafting. We support individuals from all backgrounds to achieve their professional goals. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic intern to join our Skills Development team, contributing to impactful programs and workshops.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing skills development training programs.

  • Support in creating training materials (presentations, handouts, online resources).

  • Collaborate with the team to identify skill gaps and design targeted solutions.

  • Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and webinars.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and data collection.

  • Conduct research on skills development trends and methods.

  • Assist in maintaining records, preparing reports, and documenting program outcomes.

  • Provide administrative support for scheduling, event coordination, and participant communication.
