∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD Software, M.S office, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in building finishing work.
∎ Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards related to finishing work.
∎ Proficiency in project management.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage building finishing work, including plastering, painting, tiling, and other decorative elements.
∎ Inspect and ensure the quality of finishing work as per project specifications and standards.
∎ Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
∎ Verify the responsibilities and outputs of team members to ensure accountability.
∎ Identify and resolve issues related to finishing work in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project managers.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
∎ Managing, Supervision and Contract Administration of all Civil Related works under the guidance of the Project Management team.
∎ Scheduling, checking and monitoring of works.
∎ Bill checking, estimation, preparing budget.
∎ Coordination between various disciplines of work and ensuring timely completion of civil works.
∎ Liaising with clients, subcontractors & other professional staff, surveyors & overall project Engineer.
