Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing Execution/ working schedule according to the design & specifications.
∎ Construction (Interior & real estate) budget preparation & taking approval.
∎ Maintaining work program, design and following instruction of project manager/ architect.
∎ Ensure quality of work & supervision of work as per approved design.
∎ Managing labor/ Sub Contractor.
∎ Ensure completion of schedule work timely as per specification.
∎ Receiving Materials at site and maintain site store.
∎ Maintain site utility and equipment's.
∎ Providing actual built measurement, checking of sub- contractor's measurement & bills.
∎ Staying at site, maintaining site book, site inventory, attendance record and others.
∎ Preparing material requirements schedule and submission to purchase for timely procurement.
∎ Close contact with procurement.
∎ Close contact with design or concern architect & project in charge to ensure proper execution as per approved design.
∎ Organizing labor distribution at the site and monitoring production floor.
∎ Organizing entire execution related requirements and ensure proper flow of work and handover the site timely.
∎ Quality control and providing supports to other production related activities.
