- Basic Computer Operation – Proficient in essential computer tasks such as order entry, email management, and file handling.

- Ability to handle administrative tasks and coordinate with third parties.
- Comfortable with customer service and sales.
- Interest or experience in electric bicycles is a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Engage with customers, explaining product details such as features, mileage, and warranty policies.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including coordinating with logistics companies, managing store records, and assisting the store manager with procurement.
- Answer customer online & phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with organizing promotional street campaigns (ground marketing).
- Recruit and manage temporary student workers for street promotion activities.
